Client Agreement and Terms of Use<\/b><\/p>\n

Welcome, and I\u2019m glad you\u2019re here. I\u2019m Tova Abelman, and I look forward to working with you.<\/p>\n

Coaching with me is intended to be a creative and thought-provoking process that inspires you to make changes in your life. You are personally responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.<\/p>\n

As a Coach I cannot offer medical advice. Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for the care and guidance of a physician, therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.<\/p>\n

Program Description<\/b><\/p>\n

I offer 2 options. Both are delivered online via Zoom.<\/p>\n

Individual Coaching with me includes:<\/p>\n

\u20141 45 minute session per week (via Zoom).<\/p>\n

Group Workshops with me include:<\/p>\n

\u20141 group session per week (via Zoom) with Tova Abelman and other participants. Requires full workshop series payment in full at least 1 week in advance of group start date.<\/p>\n

\u2014I also offer one off workshops which are priced differently than the above. Workshops and groups run with a minimum of 4 participants. If minimum enrollment isn\u2019t reached, participants will receive a refund or transfer option.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

Individual Coaching:<\/i><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise specified,the cost of individual Coaching with me is $70 per 45 minute session with no long term commitment.<\/p>\n

Your Coaching fee is due at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If no payment is made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled session it will be assumed you have terminated Coaching.<\/p>\n

Cancellations at least 24 hours in advance will receive full credit toward future sessions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours subject to 50% charge.<\/p>\n

Group Workshops:<\/i><\/p>\n

The cost of each group workshop session is $40 (unless otherwise specified). The full series cost must be paid at least 1 week in advance of group workshop start date.<\/p>\n

Full refunds only apply to cancellations 1 week in advance of a new group or one off workshop start date. Cancellations with less than 1 week in advance of a new group workshop series or one off workshop start date subject to 50% charge. I do not offer makeups for a missed session. This means if you start a group workshop series and miss a session, you cannot make that session up in a future series or receive a refund for the missed session.<\/p>\n

Sessions<\/b><\/p>\n

If you are late to a schedule session, that time can not be made up. For example, if you are 10 minutes late to a scheduled 45 minute session, the session will only be 35 minutes that week.
