Practice real-time urge interruption tools
Adjust your eating earlier in the day to reduce vulnerability at night

Structure

2 weeks, 1 45-min sessions per week (2 total), 1:1

You can email me between sessions for brief check-ins or questions. I typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
Session 1:- understand your patterns
- introduce “moment awareness”
- learn 1–2 tools you can apply right away
Session 2:
- refine based on what happened
- deepen (this is where your creative/journaling comes in)
- plan your next step
