A Guided Process for Deeper Self Exploration, Personal Transformation, and Reconnecting with Meaning, Agency, and Possibility
There are times in life when something begins shifting beneath the surface.
You may start noticing that familiar ways of being no longer fit in quite the same way.
Old roles, relationships, patterns, or ways of understanding yourself begin to feel misaligned, as though something deeper within is asking to be seen differently.
Often, this kind of transformation does not begin with a clear problem to solve. It begins with the growing recognition that something in your relationship to yourself, your life, and what feels possible is beginning to change.
The Transformation Process
My Transformation Process unfolds across a guided six-session transformational journey designed to help you identify and shift the hidden patterns shaping your life.
Together we create space to:
• explore aspects of self that have remained unseen or underdeveloped
• examine inherited identities, stories, and ways of being that continue shaping experience
• reconnect with deeper values, meaning, and sources of inner knowing
• engage imagination, symbol, and reflective practices as pathways to self-discovery
• encounter yourself differently outside familiar narratives and habitual roles
• cultivate greater agency, alignment, and intentionality in how you move through life
This is an active, guided process of transformation.
How We Work
Transformation often asks us to engage parts of ourselves that are not reached through reflection alone. Often, the deeper patterns shaping our lives exist beyond rational understanding.
This work draws on symbolic, creative, experiential, and relational practices designed to support deeper forms of self-exploration and transformation.
This work draws on a range of reflective, symbolic, and experiential practices designed to engage multiple layers of awareness.
Depending on your goals and interests, our work may incorporate:
• guided reflective inquiry
• writing and journaling practices
• symbolic exploration and imagery work
• narrative and story-based transformation exercises
• archetypal exploration
• ritual practices for transition and change
• tarot or symbolic card work (optional)
• creative and embodied practices informed by drama therapy principles
My approach is deeply informed by graduate-level training in psychology, years of work facilitating personal transformation, and interdisciplinary study in human behavior, symbolism, narrative, and meaning-making.
This work is intentionally thoughtful, structured, and guided.

Not all forms of personal growth ask the same things of us.
This work is intended for people who feel drawn toward deeper exploration — not simply solving a problem, but engaging more intentionally with questions of identity, meaning, change, and the ways we experience ourselves in the world.
Because this process is personal and highly individualized, I begin by learning more about what is bringing you here and whether this work feels aligned with what you are seeking.
If this approach resonates, I invite you to complete the inquiry form below.
I personally review each submission and will reach out if it feels like a good fit for an introductory conversation.

What This Work is Not
This work is not psychotherapy, crisis support, or treatment for acute mental health concerns.
It is not designed for individuals in active psychological distress, or for those seeking clinical intervention, trauma processing, or diagnosis-based care.
While my background includes training in psychology and therapeutic modalities, this offering is intentionally non-clinical and does not replace a therapeutic relationship with a licensed clinician.
This work is not focused on symptom management or fixing specific psychological conditions.
This work is intended for individuals who are already resourced and stable enough to engage in reflective, experiential, and meaning-centered exploration of their own process of change and becoming.
