Evening Eating Reset

This is a structured, short-term coaching intensive focused on changing the evening eating pattern—not long-term therapy or open-ended support.

What we’ll do

  • Identify your specific evening trigger pattern

  • Build a clear “after dinner” structure so you’re not relying on willpower

  • Practice real-time urge interruption tools

  • Adjust your eating earlier in the day to reduce vulnerability at night

 

What you can expect
This is designed to help you:

  • feel more aware of what’s actually driving the pattern

  • have specific tools to use in the moment

  • begin interrupting the loop (even if not perfectly)

What this is not

  • therapy

  • a deep dive into every underlying issue

  • a guarantee that the urge disappears

This is about changing what happens in that moment at night

Structure

  • 2 weeks, 1  45-min sessions per week (2 total), 1:1

  • You can email me between sessions for brief check-ins or questions. I typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

     Session 1:
    • understand your patterns
    • introduce “moment awareness”
    • learn 1–2 tools you can apply right away

    Session 2:

    • refine based on what happened
    • deepen (this is where your creative/journaling comes in)
    • plan your next step
