Most people I work with already know a lot about nutrition. They’ve read the books, tried different approaches, and spent plenty of time thinking about why they do what they do.

The frustrating part is that understanding the pattern doesn’t always change it.

That’s where this work comes in.

What We Work On

Together, we get curious about what’s actually happening in the moments when eating feels automatic, compulsive, comforting, or hard to stop.

We might explore:

  • emotional eating
  • stress eating
  • overeating
  • evening eating
  • cravings and urges
  • all-or-nothing thinking around food
  • starting over again and again
  • the ways food becomes tied to comfort, relief, reward, or escape

The goal isn’t to judge the behavior or force yourself into more rules.

The goal is to understand the pattern well enough that you have more choice inside it.

A Different Way of Looking at the Problem

Food rarely exists in isolation.

The way we eat is often connected to things like:

  • stress
  • sleep
  • loneliness
  • overwhelm
  • self-care
  • relationships
  • purpose and meaning
  • creativity
  • how we talk to ourselves

That’s why I take a holistic approach.

Instead of focusing only on food, we look at the larger picture of what’s supporting your wellbeing—and what might be getting in the way.

My Background

I’ve spent more than a decade working in health, wellness, and behavior change.

After earning my MBA, I created weight-loss tools and programs before eventually returning to school to earn an MA in Counseling Psychology with a Concentration in Drama Therapy.

Over the years, I’ve become increasingly interested in what helps people create lasting change—not just understand what they should do, but actually do things differently.

My work draws from psychology, drama therapy, behavior change, wellness, and creative approaches to self-exploration.

  • have spent years trying to figure things out
  • understand their patterns intellectually but still feel stuck in them
