In this group Tova will guide participants in looking at aspects of themselves and their lives from different perspectives to generate awareness, new insights, and possibilities in a supportive social container. This will primarily involve imagery cards in the creative Card Play process.
Card Play uses story, metaphor, symbols, and parts of self/inner roles to facilitate self exploration from different perspectives to generate awareness, new insights, and possibilities.
This is an ongoing online group, using many varied Card Play activities and processes. Each week we meet for an hour. Check out some of my blog posts on Card Play for more info.
